I know in the UK they do baby versions of the rub.

They did the study on ferrets? hehe that made me chuckle i must say.

We have the boots own version of baby vicks which is suitable from 3 months plus. I'm so glad that I got that one instead of the normal vicks. We have the normal stuff for ourselves but I just automatically assumed that because when I put it on it takes my breath away and makes me cough that it wouldn't be suitable for Alasdair.

try using snuffle babe or the karvol vapour rubs! i use the when i cant breathe they seem stronger but are more gentle! we use them on my baby bro too and he has suoer sensitive skin even if applied to clothin!

Thanks for posting this I heard there was something in the news about it but hadn't seen the article yet. I hope the baby one is ok to use I put some on Brooklynns chest the other night as the doctor reccomended it

With Mollie i used gool old Karvol on her pillow case.

But i have to ask, y wud any1 put it under their kids noses like in the article, even for an adult that stuff is potent so i cant imagine what its like for a toddler.

My mother used to cover me in the bloody stuff when i was a baby. Under me nose, up me nose and i ended up with asthma!

My doctor told me to use it when Tabs was about 6 weeks, i bought it and read that it said NOT under 3 monthes, i put a tiny bit on her and about 10 mins later she went weird and started really throwing up not sure if it was to do with it tho
