needing advice on what type of visitation schedule to set up with FOB. i dont trust him at all and am uncomfortable with him being alone with LO. she is only 8 weeks old and is breastfed. she takes a bottle at daycare. he has never asked to feed her and has only changed her diaper once. he cant even tell her cries apart. he sees her once or twice a week now with me around and i am perfectly fine with that until she is 4-6 months old and i can trust him more. his family and him and his friends all drink and i know they drink and drive. his friends and some family do drugs. not sure what to do and am looking for some good advice. his name isnt on her birth certificate and we are going to court in june for child support. help!

Go to court and fight for supervised visitation

i wouldn't let a guy like that be alone with my baby if he isn't on the birth certificate he won't get supervised access even if it does go to court because in eye of law he has no rights over her although am not sure if he needs be on it for you to get child support

I think not being on the birth certificate only buys you time since he can just take you to court for parental responsibility. Of course I can appreciate that varies place to place.

I would never knowingly leave my child with someone known to drink and drive and possibly expose my child to drugs.

Definitely agree about pushing for supervised access.
