Hi Ladies,

I've been looking around for some relief to this Morning Sickness, and I've come accross vitamin B6, here's my problem

-Many websites say don't take more than 1.9mg when pregnant
-Other sites (mainly American) say they take 50 - 100mg
-Boots sell 10mg and apparantely that's what's in Pregnacare

The boots 10mg Vitamin B6 I've just bought says take one a day.

I'm confused will the 10mg help? I really need relief x

Sorry, I dont know. Have you tried Preggie Pops?

Hmmm never heard of them, will look them up. Thank You :)x

Ive ordered some, not sure how good they are but someone on here suggested them to me. I also use Seabands, which are really helpful, they seem to take the edge off x

I take close to 100 mg a day and it doesn't do anything for me unfortunately...dunno why I'm still taking them actually lol

I have the 100 mg ones too and I cut them into four. Sometimes I take 50mg a day, sometimes 75mg. The doctor told me I could take 75 mg a day. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't.

Seabands aren't really helping as much as I'd like either, but that may be because the space between those two tendons where the ball thing is supposed to go is basically non existent on me.

i find chewing gum and mints are helping if thats any use to anyone

Thanks Girls, I'll try them all (not at once of course):)

Mints deffo, or peppermint tea.... im on the suger free polos at the mo! Also, fruity sweets like Tooty Frooties help me xx
