vitamin/preeclampsia question

I got the all clear from the dr to try again after severe preeclampsia with dd#2. So om looking for any vitamins or remedies anyone has tried or heard of to start that help prevent pre-e? Dr already recommended a baby aspirin daily just looking for anything else thanks!
