B6? Extra vitamin C? Vitex? Fertilaid? Anyone have experience with these? Or know how much to start with? Or should I just take a prenatal? I currently take a multivitamin and use preseed but it has been almost a year trying with no luck...

Are you ovulating?
I have PCOS so I don't always ovulate, if I do it's rare..
I have experience with b6 - it made no difference apart from making my period brown spotting for only 3 days, so stopped this straight away.
I then tried angus cactus and EPO up until ov and then stopped - these worked well for me to ovulate and seem to have corrected my cycle so far.. I take these from CD1-ov.
I also take a multivitamin daily with 200mg folic acid in it. It is recommended though that while TTC you take 400mg folic acid.

I'm drinking FertiliTea 2-3x/day hoping to GOD it helps...and hoping I don't have a negative reaction to it like a handful of women said they have had... The reviews on Amazon.com are pretty amazing. I started it about 2 weeks ago, I'm on CD8 and I don't really notice a difference in anything yet. A lot of women said it increased their CM and many said they believe it is what helped them become pregnant! BUT some women said it totally threw off their cycle and one even said she never ovulated again after drinking the tea but who knows, maybe she never ovulated before the tea??? I'm giving it a shot!
