Hi there...
I've been seeing a holistic doctor who has me on a few different supplements, but I'm wondering if I should add a few vitamins of my own or perhaps a whole food multivitamin. Specifically, I'm looking at supplementing Iron. I feel that I lack it quite a bit and had a miscarriage in December 2012- I've read that low iron can cause miscarriage as well as inhibit fertility and regular cycles. I suffer from a very irregular period.
I know my doctor is trying to help and supplements and vitamins do take time (I've only been seeing him for about 4 months after Clomid did nothing except make me crazy), but I'm growing impatient and wondering if there are a few things I should add to my daily vitamin intake. Currently, he has me on Cruciferious Complete to reduce any and all extra and unnecessary estrogen in my body; Ovex for ovary help; Symplex F for an overall hormal help, I guess (it helps the anxiety too...); Cytozyme for my pituitary.
We've been trying for nearly 3 years now and it's so disheartening...
