Vitamins

Hi ladies!

At the moment I'm taking the Centrum vitamins ( this one ) but I don't know if that's a good one to take or if there's better out there so if anyone has any recommendations please post them for me!!

Edited: I'm also taking a few supplements and am planning on getting soy isoflavones as well for my next cycle if that makes any difference!

I have only ever used these ones: https://www.healthystart.nhs.uk/healthy-start-vouchers/healthy-start-vitamins/ But I do know that after I had my daughter, they gave me a small pack of these: https://groceries.asda.com/asda-webstore/landing/home.shtml#/product/579459 ... which you know, was useful after I had the baby haha.
