Vitex? Anyone any experience

First cycle trying vitex
ttc at 39 ; 10 months now

I know this isn’t for everyone so I thought I’d give it a few cycles and see how I get on. Hopefully will boost ewcm and lengthen my short cycles and early ovulation, if nothing else
