Vitex Question: Please help

How many of you take vitex until ovulation or your hole cycle? If you get a BFP when to stop taking it?

I have started it frm last 2 months...m taking
GNC Chesteberry Vitex 500 mg
1 tablet(as mentioned on bottle) everyday for whole cycle.

When I searched on net I got different info.
1.Take Vitex for whole cycle
2.Take it only before u ovulate.
3.continue in pregnancy..its helpful
4.Stop taking it as soon as u get pregnant

M taking it for whole cycle. But you can start it taking immediately bcoz it takes at least 3 months to get it in ur body.

I am currently taking Metformin & Vitex

Well, I've been taking it for going on 7 month now. I got a BFP March 31, 2013 but started my miscarriage April 6th I wasn't sure if it was still because I kept Vitex while pregnant.
