I have red online by susun weed a herbalist to make a tea with red clover and vitex which i plan on doing as it helps those in long term ttc.

I just want ur thoughts as i have read its for erratic cycles and i dont know if mine is classednas that. If i dont take red clover my cycles range naturally between 9 and 10 dpo lp. I sometimes can have a 3 day longer cycle with delayed o i spot for a fee days earlier like 3 or 4 days sometimes not every cycle but sometimes and i have read thats a sign of low progesterone.i have had bloods done except progesterone im not menoporsal or anything but i do have a slightly raised lh level. It can indicate pcos but its not confirmed and not high enough to worry about apparently.

Im at he docs on the 20th so probably have more bloods done

Oh and my cycle length is 32 to 37 usually its 33 but this i have no af bo idea whats gone on but i have never had a cycle like this so is far from normal im currently on cd48 :( hoping af comes soon

I tried vitex this month. Just started spotting today and expecting AF tomorrow or the next day. Today is CD 29 and my cycles range 26-30 days so I'm not sure if it changed anything except I didn't start spotting early (sometimes I spot 3-5 days before AF).

I'm doing clomid + IUI next cycle so I won't continue vitex.

I have been taking Vitex (capsules from Gaia herbs) for almost a year now. When I started it my cycles were sometimes as short as 24 days. With Vitex taken only during my luteal phase my cycles lengthened to 28-32 days.

It sounds like you are a good candidate. I would go with the capsules I take (liquid extract) over tea just because I hate tea tastes, but of course that's up to you

For long term use it is recommended to spend a few months on, a few months off. This cycle is my first properly TTC and therefore the first in which I am taking Vitex all month.

Good luck!

Thanks guys i just wanted to check hats put my mind at rest x
