Hi ladies, after our last chemical I took a break from bnb. Now I'm back. I started taking vitex amd have had a natural period three cycles 28 to 29 days!!normal cycle was from 26 to 80 days!!!!!! Not even clomid helped. I actually have EWCM . Fellow hopefuls, I was VERY skeptical but after these results I had to share.

I wanted to pop in from 2nd tri to tell you that before my BFP I also was on Vitex for 8 months.

I suffered a missed miscarriage in Sept. 2010 and my body was completely out of sorts after my D&C. I had been reading about Vitex and I started taking it and my periods came back normally. I felt better, the weight was dropping off. It just regulated my hormones.

8 months later we got pg naturally again (I am 39 years old btw). I love Vitex, for me it was a godsend.

Hi there
I just want to encourage you. I read a lot about Vitex and once bought a product called Fertilityblend. It is really just vitamins with Vitex in them. You can read about it on google if you want. They were tested scientifically and had really good results.
I, however, just stayed on them for 3 months and did not see any changes. Should probably have tried longer

I also used vitax to help regulate my period by increasing my progesterone.

We tried for about 7 months before I went on it. Not only did it make me a regular 31 days, I got pregnant 4 months later (used OPTs after 9 months). Sadly, I had a miscarriage, but I started taking the Vitax right away again, used another OPT and got pregnant 2 weeks later. This one appears to be sticking

It can take several months to start working for some (sometimes 6+months) but I will definitely start taking it a few months before I start on TTC#2. I hope it works for you too!
