waiting for movements

I'm waiting to feel baby move. I did feel some weird poppings last week, but maybe it was wind.
This week I've had lots of uncomfy scratchy feelings.

I dont know about "butterflies" or gentle feelings...this feels like there's a hamster in there!!

Could this be baby? It isnt the most comfortable of feelings...

so when people say it feels like butteflies - do you mean like soft wings, or like when we get "butterflies"/ nervous?

I think it's alittle different for everyone, but for me it felt like gas at first except actual wind would never come (lol), then it felt kind of like a hamster scratching around like you said, and now they're more like proper kicks.

I don't know about butterflies other than that nervous feeling you get in your stomach, and it felt alot like that at one point too. Didn't feel like soft wings though.

I have felt popping and scratching, and little taps but nothing major like a big kick or thump. I know it must be baby moving about as i have never felt anything like it before.

Wow, you're lucky to feel it so early! Mine felt like little farts at first, and became proper kicks when I was 20 weeks. Now I can actually tell when she's turning ...

i never had butterflies,it was just little taps like a bubble popping. its different for everyone!

I'm not entirely sure if this hamster feeling is baby..it's not so nice!....almost on the verge of being painful. Hence the hamster idea...little claws!!

I suppose it happens a few times a day. Had lots this morning. But nothing for an hour or two. Maybe i gte it 4 or 5 times a day. it's been for a few days. since last week I think.

And can be on either side or the centre of my tummy. At first I thought it was something pulling, but it can happen even if I am sitting still.
Time will tell I guess, but it's odd.

Mine felt like gas at first, and still does sometimes. Like a shifting, stomach turning feeling. Wicked hard to explain.
