i went to the toilet and wiped a little blood, and then all of a sudden got a bad belly, my backs killing and i have had symptoms of a water infection i am paranoid i was just listening to babys heartbeat today but i have a bad belly now so i wont be able to find it through the grumbles, i cant even get to the hospital tonight either :/ i had spotting for four weeks week 4 to week 8 and my baby was ok now i'm panicing.

Didn't want to read and run. Try not to panic - easier said than done I know! I hope the doctor rang you back and reassured you a bit.

If you're known for bleeding, I wouldn't be too too worried. And you mention a grumbly belly--that sounds more like digestive pains than cramping. Stay positive and good luck at your scan!

all is gonna be fine hun, my best friend bled all through her pregnancy and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.
