Waiting with a mmc, how long until it starts?

I should be 10 weeks today but at a scan last week I saw the baby had stopped growing at 6 - 7 weeks. I went for the scan as I thought something was up, but I have no spotting, no cramps nothing. I also have zero pregnancy symptoms now either.

I just want to know how lomg others have waited to miscarry naturally when you have no symptoms at all of a miscarriage? The wait is driving me nuts, I am considering getting the medication if it hasn't happened by the end of next week. Does anyone know if you can TTC again after yoir first AF if you take the meds?

So sorry to hear about your loss. My little bean stopped developing at around 6 weeks. I found out at 10+3 due to spotting, and my MC didn't start until 11+6. It was a very long week and a half. I was considering the meds as well, but wanted to do it naturally. Sorry I can't help you with your medication question, but I'm sure there are other ladies who can answer that.

Thanks curkykate and sorry about your loss. It s nuts how lomg it can take our bodies to recognise this. It's odd as I don't feel pregnant and I have no signs of imminent miscarriage. I guess it will happen when it does, just hope someone can tell me about the meds and TTC as that's an important factor for me.

I lost my baby at 5ish weeks, but by 9 weeks nothing was happening so I decided to have a D&C then. Mostly for my own emotional health.

Sorry for your loss hun. I've been through MMC twice and it sucks. Such a cruel trick of nature. Both times though I just knew something was wrong. Both were found at the 12 week scan. With the second we'd had a 7 week scan that showed a healthy heartbeat but baby died at 8 weeks. My first loss the baby died at 6 weeks.

With my first I had misoprostal, the meds to induce the mc. I was just advised to wait for one AF before ttc again. I conceived my daughter after two AFs and had a healthy pregnancy. I had a d&c with my second MMC. That was a surprise pregnancy so we haven't ttc again but I think you only need to wait for one AF after that too.
