waking up screaming! :(

my 5 month old son is waking up screaming every night, about 2/3 times a night once is for a feed, the rest i cuddle him and shush him and he goes back to sleep,but when he is screaming he still asleep,also he is teething and we are weaning him,also he is a acid reflux baby, he was being doing this for just about a week

what is it? help sleepless nights are times 10 worse now

My LO does this sometimes, proper screaming, and it's horrible No idea what it is, he's a very refluxy baby too and has been teething for forever, never know what the actual problem is half the time
