Try not to worry too much, as stress isn't good (I know, much easier said than done). Around week 6 I had very bad cramping with spotting when I wiped and I completely flipped out thinking the worst. That was a few weeks ago, and so far everything is perfectly fine. What I've gathered from research is that you really shouldn't worry too much as long as any cramping eases up a little if you lay down, and as long as the blood isn't coming out in the fashion of an actual full flow period. Granted, I haven't experienced a loss (first time conceiving here), so I'm sure for those of you that have, the worry will be there until you can see and know for sure that everything is alright. Just know that spotting is very normal and a lot of us get it and try to think positive until your scan. Fingers crossed for you and hopefully you get it figured out soon.
