want to stop giving LO his soother

well ciaran wakes up most night about 2-3 times for around 10-15 mins for his soother to fall back to sleep .. well i think its now time to take it off him (finally) but where do i start ? do i give him something else instead of it ? or do i just stop giving him it ?

the trick i learnt with leeon is if its lying around and he can see it he wants it in the day i keep it out of sight and he doesnt bother with it at night i try doesnt work just yet he has a comforter so maybe try one of those?

so far today its not going to good feels like having a scream but i dont want to give in ? ... hes really tierd and cranky but wont sleep becuase he wants his soother
