I would like some outers/waterproof wraps for terry nappies but do not want pull up ones Aplix or snaps

son weighs 9kg so prob Medium

Do you mean you don't want pull up ones and you DO want aplix or snaps, or you don't want any of those? If you don't want those, are you after fleece or wool?

Nip onto the little lambs website - in special offers they have packs of size 2 wraps, 8 for 12 quid which is a total bargain. They work nicely over Terries too I'd hurry, we're cleaning them out! Free delivery too.
