warm cheek and ear pain?

since last night iv had a lil bit of earache and my cheek on that side is really warm and red, could i have an ear infection? tbh the ache is not that bad hardly any pain there now but my cheek still warm and red:S

It could be. I've had ear infections where the pain was barely noticeable and then it would get really bad out of nowhere. You could maybe see the pharmacist at Boots or somewhere if you don't want to bother with a doctors appointment? Hope it blows over soon whatever it is

How are your glands under your ear? I too have had ear infections which don't hurt a lot then suddenly out of nowhere was very painful so def worth getting it checked.
