Any one else due soon or overdue want to try and pass the time? I'm feeling fed up, bored an tired. My toddler doesn't understand :(.

Hardly had many symptoms really, lost a tiny bit of plug the other day, had braxton hicks but no proper signs! Feeling a bit emotional and crap too. X

Hi! I'm due today, my LO is older than yours so a bit more understanding, but he's boistrous! So far I've had my show last night and crampy. Hoping its not too long (LO was 2 days over). Was your first on time? X

Hello, due on Sunday, and I also have a 3 year old. No signs here but baby's head is locked in pelvis and all systems are ready when she's ready. I feel fine, a bit tired that's all. My first came almost on her due date I spent the whole day in labour after a 2am start, she came 2am the next day. I'm hoping for a shorter labour also on my due date!

Hi Logan's mum, great sign your had your show! Sounds like baby is imminent. My son was 8 days late, but I went into labour on the 6th day of being overdue. Was hoping this one would be on time!

Hey greenlady, hopefully you don't have too long to wait then! I'm hoping for a shorter labour this time too, ended up having 37 hours of contractions and no sleep, I was a zombie afterwards haha!

Getting a little nervous for labour now, I was totally relaxed but I keep thinking can I do this again eeek!

I'm the same! I've spent this whole pregnancy completely relaxed barely even thinking about it, and just in the last few days I've started to get nervous!

I was relaxed too, then I saw the show and had a mini-freak out as it was 2am and wasnt expecting it as didnt have it with Logan, especially as it was bloody  With Logan from waters breaking to birth was 50 hours, and that was induced too. Hoping the show will mean I progress more normally this time. Chilling today as think it might be the last time I can, OH is getting LO from nursery and dinner so apart from some cleaning dont plan to do much.

Hope your LO doesnt go overdue for you, are you planning on having another home birth? :flower:

I bet once were in labour the nerves will have gone! its just the lead up isn't it? 50 hours! that's so long. At least this time it looks like its happening naturally therefore more likely to be quick!
Yep having another homebirth, really excited about it! Got my pool ready. It's made me really paranoid about the cleaning though, I don't want the midwives to judge me if its messy haha. I'll get OH to clean when I go into labour.x

Happy due date Sadie! Any twinges?? (I hate that expression lol)

Afm, was a bit cramps last night, but nada this morning. I would love go to into labour tonight please!

Thanks :D nope nothing haha. What a bummer! Lots of braxton hicks still, had tmi bit of a weird bowel movement yesterday so hoping that's a sign. I have a feeling I have another week left :( got a sweep on Tuesday so that might help. Bit scared of having one though!! X

I think im having one tomorrow since my midwife offered it to me. I was slightly umming and ahhing about it, still am actually. It would just be more convenient for us if I had the baby tomorrow or Monday, but of course a sweep is no guarantee of anything anyway. I've got one definitely booked for Wednesday as well if she's not here before then.

You'll have to let me know how it goes! I wasn't sure I'd accept a sweep either but I thought about it and am rather fed up now so may as well try it out. The weather is too hot here at the moment for me! What's I like in Sydney? Can't imagine how hot Australia gets. X

Well its technically winter but it hasn't been too cold, probably in the late teens/early twenties mostly, though a bit grey and rainy for a few days. It was seriously hot here in the summer we had record breaking heat one day it was 45 degrees! I was about 20 weeks then and I felt OK, it would have been NASTY at 9 months pregnant!

Happy due date! Noting happening here, still having a show, think its finishing now. Thought my waters would break last night but slept in til 8.30am  I have more cramps when on my feet and as much as I want to chill I'm hoping to go for a walk later to speed things up. Hope you get some favourable labour signs today! :hugs:

Woah 45 degrees is horrible! You'd need some good air conditioning haha.

Logan's mum, have sex, spicy curry and do lots of walking! Does sound like your in early labour. Maybe tonight is the night! Xxx

Hope so! Played Scrabble last night which helped distract me from cramping, plus I won which made me feel awesome  going to bbq later, trying to stay on me feet but OH not keen on going far walking wise. Sigh, might have a walk after bbq, even if its on my own! Feel really restless and want to be on me feet! X

My mum always bangs on about restlessness being a sign a impending labour. Hope it is! Good luck!

Hi ladies! I'm due Monday and all signs are pointing to going overdue. Not engaged at all and been at 1 cm for 2 weeks now. Get lots of BHs. Have an us scheduled for Tuesday if she still isn't here yet to make sure conditions are favorable to allow her to keep cooking. Good luck this weekend ladies. Hope it's go time for someone in here! :)

You never know, I read you can suddenly go into labour at 1cm or walk around at 3cm for weeks so don't worry!
I had a strong braxton hick earlier which felt quite sore, hoping for more of the same but nothing yet really....
Anyone got any signs? X

Still here.... Still pregnant... I thought for sure yesterday would be it, but the contractions stopped. Now I'm frustrated and feel like it's putting me in a bad mood. It wouldn't be a big deal if I wasn't as uncomfortable. The baby has been changing positions and so I've been nervous he will end up posterior when I go into labor. He's also been hitting some nerves and my back has been in a lot of pain the last day or two. I am so ready to feel normal again.

I hope you ladies have better luck than I have had.

I worry about having a posterior baby, my son was but moved during labour which happens to most people. If baby is back to back get on all fours to help them turn!

I'm so excited to feel a painful contraction lol, so exciting. Glad baby is late in a way as I managed to make a playlist for labour. One good thing I guess.
It's rubbish being so uncomfy, I've got an achy pelvis - it feels like my SPD is coming back :(
