was it the right thing to do ?

hey all

i posted on here the other week, to say how my little one, his milk dont satisy him, i have been and brought cow and gate stage 2, for hungrier babies, was this the right thing to do ? he was on cow and gate comfort for colic and constipation

i went the doctors today to make sure he didnt have silent reflux, i think its called and they said no its just not satisying him ?

i dunno if iv done the right thing...also hes on 8 ounce of cow and gate comfort, would he be on 8 ounce of hungry baby milk or less?

I think you are definitely doing the right thing. You are trying different milk to meet the needs of your baby and are doing a GREAT job. It's hard not to second guess yourself, particularly with a first baby.

I had my LO on Aptimal for Hungry Babies. This is just my experience but I found it made her windier and did not really make any difference to her appetite so returned to Stage 1and just up-ed the ounces. However, others do have different experiences and are well pleased with the hungry formula.

As for how many ounces, does he drink the whole bottle or does he leave a little?? I find with my LO, if she sucks the entire bottle dry, I make up a few ounces more for her. But if she leaves an ounce or two then she is good to her next feed.

its ok, thnx alot
he has 90z , if he has anymore hes really sick. but if he dnt he screams 4 about an hour, going to try the hungry baby milk later on in the week

ur doing the rite thing as long as it doesnt upset his stomach. he should take the same amount of milk but should go longer between feeds therefore avin less ozs per day hth. x
