We bought our first home!!

So DH and I bought a house!! I can't believe that we actually did it, I am anxious, excited and thrilled. We finally closed after all the financing, home inspection, legal things, etc. were taken care of. It is a lovely Victorian home in a nice area, literally a block from one of our city's largest parks with a back yard of my own! (after being an apartment dweller for the last 5 years this is wonderful!)

Of course this brings crazy stress, but I am trying to keep things in check. We take possession at the end of July with me due on 30 September so it makes for a pretty hectic summer!

You have the same due date as me and we just moved 2 months ago. That was some major stress so I know you'll feel just overwhelmed with emotion, especially being pregnant. Congrats on buying your house and just remember that even though moving can be super hard, it'll be so worth it in the end, once you're all settled into your home.

We just sold our first Home and have been staying with in laws for 4 weeks, we've just found a new place with so much more space and move in July 16! I'm missing my own space so bad!
