Ilove it and it think it goes well with my other names. Just wondering on everyone's thoughts, any associations with it, what type of child does it make you think of?

I really like it, I have toyed with Adeline nn Ada for this LO if its a girl. Ada makes me think of a sweet, funny little girl.

That's a lovely name too!
I guess my worry is because it's not popular, some may associate it as a modern name rather than the tradition old name I'm looking for. And I'm not even sure why that should even bother me, but it does! 😕 x

To me Ada sounds VERY old fashioned (which isn't a bad thing).

One of my favourite bands has a song called Ada so that's what I think of.

I LOVE the name Ada! SO has an adorable younger cousin named Ada, and she's the sweetest thing. I think it works really well for all ages, and I think it goes well with your other children's names.

It's a great name! I definitely see it as a traditional classic name that is ready to be back and will fit perfectly for a child (same way I see Nora or Alice or Olive). Just a beautiful name
