My main problem is my tummy, i used to be a size 10 befor 3 kids and weigh 8 1/2 stone. I understand them days are gone but i would love rid of my blly.
But no matter how i eat i cant stop snackngon things i shouldnt, i seem constantly hungry.
Im a stay at home mum of a nearly 2 yr old, we go for walks and most of exercise is dvds and wii lol, whih i can burn quite a bit.
I just need some diet tips and encoragement please
