Weight watchers...

Theres two plans...
One where you can only eat certain things
And one where you have so many points a day and everything has a points value

The points one is the most popular, takes a week or so to get used to but then you'll know the values for everything!

Yep. Points value isn't bad. But if you aren't doing the meetings, there are some things you'll need to know... For example, MOST vegetables are 0 points... The first time I did WW, I used to stuff my face with veggies everytime I got hungry.. What I found out a few months ago from my MIL who attended meetings, is that after 3 cups of a veg, it becomes 1 point.

It is easy once you get the hang of it I found. Sometimes I felt like I was eating the same thing everyday though because it was easier to have more boring and bland meals than cooking lots and having to break down everything. But here in Canada we have an online program, and you can input your recipes, and it breaks it down for you! So if that's an option for you...
