Weird Cramping on CD9

I am on CD 9 right now and have been experiencing some light cramping in lower abdomen since yesterday (CD8). I normally don't get this type of cramping. Is it normal for this to happen after AF ends? Is is too early to be ovulating? Around my ovulation I usually have pains on my right side and it hurts when I sit, and sometimes radiates down my thigh. Could this be early ovulation symptoms? I am suppose to test with OPK tomorrow. My husband and I have been doing the BD every day just to make sure. Thanks, ladies!

Sometimes I get mild cramps or twinges about a week before ovulation, i just put it down to my body getting ready to ovulate. I also get a similar pain to you when actually ovulating too. At least you are covering all bases by bding regularly, I've been doing the same! I had the twinges cd 9 and 10 this month and this morning my cm has changed to watery, no pos opk yet I'm expecting one about Sunday.

Thanks! I took a ovulation test yesterday evening and it was negative, so I'm going to take one tomorrow morning. According to the chart on the clearblue package I'm suppose to test on CD10 which is today, but I didn't have time this morning lol. I'm suppose to ovulate on the 19th.

I've had all sorts of cramping this cycle! This is something "new"... After much reading and googling it's giving me hope. I've had mild, dull cramping for a solid week at least and I have never had midcycle post ovulation cramping.

I hope these cramps are good news for both of us!

Well, I got a flashing smiley face on my ovulation test this morning! So I am fertile!! Just have to keep testing the next couple of days until I get a non-flashing face which means I am at peak fertility!! I'm so excited!!

No, it isn't too early to be ovulating already if you have short cycles like I do!
