thanks pootle and babydevil xxx do you both feel better now? what help did they give you? xx

Hi there
I managed to get it under control myself to be honest, just through self help books, relaxation etc. It still comes and goes occasionally but I know what it is now so much easier to deal with it as not worrying about the physical symptoms as well !!

ive had a weird fuzzy/dizzy head for about 8 months, probably, i think (hope) from lack of sleep. lo is sleeping through now, for abour the last 3 weeks, but im still waking up. although my head feels a tad better, ive still got this horrible 'drunken' feeling.

will it ever go away? ive made many posts about this before, but its getting me down now-please help ! xxx

I have had this on and off for a few months now too! It was really starting to drive me nuts, but I knew that I hadn't had a full nights sleep for many many nights in a row, a few months actually (we adopted a newborn 4 months ago). I noticed it was less if I was able to squeeze in a better nights sleep. I also have blood sugar issues (low mostly), which gets worse with lack of sleep. I started to exercise more (which would help me sleep better) and eat better to control my blood sugar better by adding lots of leafy greens and more veggies and protein. I have noticed the weird feeling in the brain to be much less. When I have a bad nights sleep, and I have that feeling the next day, I don't like to drive or anything. It is such a hard feeling to describe. It also increases my anxiety, which also causes brief dizziness, so it's like a double whammy. I was glad to hear that I'm not alone!
