Weird feeling:S

ok this is abit of a weird question!,, today on quite a few occasions the top of my left wrist has gone numb kinda feels like a tight feeling then goes:S anyone experienced this, i know with b12 defiecency ur fingers can go numb and tingle which i have""but this is my wrist very confused lol anyone else experienced this?

sounds like carpel tunnel i have it mainly at night from around 2am pins and needles and numb from wrist down my hands become really weak and stay like it for hour or two after i wake up. it will go when baby is born i had it with my 1st son too
