Weird Nausea

Hi, again.

So this morning I took a shower and thought I was going to pass out. I thought maybe I just got overheated, but since then I've been getting really nauseous and feel like I'm going to pass out every time I stand up and walk around (but I haven't really had any dizziness). Has anyone else experienced this? I'm only 6 weeks along. I've read that it might be low blood pressure.

I was very sensitive to heat from the shower for awhile around 6 weeks. Drink cold water probably dehydration and your body just really didn't like the heat from the shower. I had to take room temp showers till about a week ago but still can't be in the heat to long. If it was your blood pressure you would feel it sitting down even it would feel a bit shaky. Hope it goes away soon

I get this too. Sometimes even standing to hang the washing out is enough to make me feel like I'm going to pass out! My blood pressure is ok too xx

Low blood sugar. I have had it for 5 years now. With my last child I ended up passing out in walmart from it. Eat something with carbs, preferably bread, and see if that helps. My low blood sugar is awful during pregnancy, but this time around I'm having to eat every 30 min to avoid sickness so i haven't experienced a known low yet.

With both of my pregnancies I’ve had the overheating in even a colder shower or just overheating in my house that is freszing, or standing up and feeling like I better hold onto something or else I might pass out. My blood pressure is prefect and always has been.

My doctor told me that its normal because your body is going through major changes.

Thanks for all of your responses. I've been trying to significantly up my water intake and eat more steadily throughout the day, and I think that's helped a lot.
