Weird pinch pulling sensation 5dpo

I got a pinching pulling feeling in my lower abdomen kinda to the side after my run last night that stopped me in my tracks. it lasted about 30 seconds. Today, my lower abdomen has been super sensitive to the touch and any jarring movement and I've had the same pinching pulling sensation on the other side and lower back pain off and on all day. I'm not a symptom spotter but this is just weird. Any ideas? I'm well aware that 5do is stupid early for implantation but it does make me wonder.

I have this too! Had it since 5dpo and i’m 7dpo now. Feels like quick sharp pinch near my ovary.

I ended up spotting for 5 days 3 days later than at should have been. Still testing negative but I'm still holding out hope.
