Weird popping feeling in upper abdomen

I was sitting on the porch step outside my house and laid back to grab my son and as I was sitting back up I felt this pop right below my rib. It didn't hurt just felt very weird.

Anybody experience that or have any idea what it could be? I am so paranoid with this pregnancy I cant stand it!
