Are there currently any documentaries about pregnancy available on Netflix (or any free streaming media sites) that would be worth making hubby watch? He's adorably clueless about the whole thing and I think it would be good for him to watch some educational shows on the subject. :haha: I don't know of any whatsoever, so I don't even know where to begin looking.

Think there was something on the bbc last week about childbirth. You can probably watch it on iplayer.

I watched that, it was quite good. It was all about different approaches to childbirth x

The Business of Being Born (definitely aimed towards reasons to home birth, but you don't have to take it that way at all and can lead to making more informed birth choices in general. Even if one should still choose an induction and epidural, or a cesarean, or any other choice the importantpart is that it be choice, not something that someone is pushed into because that's what's done and they don't know any different. Very eye opening about how birth operates though, specifically in America but many other countries are modeling the american system.)

Microbirth (not sure of its on Netflix though)

Oh hey look what I found

I totally agree with Business of Being Born, there may even be two of them on there. I will have DH watch but I am waiting till we are closer to 40 weeks. Since it talk about birthing situations I want it to be fresh in his mind.
