Do you have a solicyor? I'd push for a residency order to be placed in court so you have full rights. Then ask for his contact through a contact center x

Not currently, but I am going through all manner of people at the moment getting lots of help and support. A friend is trying to get a solitor for me and I will have a retraining order put in place so my ex will not be able to approach me.

As for Harvey, contact is going through a centre right now and we are on a waiting list as it is such high demand. It's a 2-3 month waiting list I want Harvey to know and love his dad, I'm just being cautious now about how we go about it. We'll just have to see how the contact goes.

But currently we share parental responsiblity, not residence.

But you still need a residence order hun espically if he was violent the 1st thing women's aid would do was advice that as he could take your local and not give him back as yiu have just as much parental rights as he does it doesn't matter if he lives with you as you don't have residencey. X
