So I am in week six and before I found out I was preg. I worked out 5 days a week.... I ran 2 miles then did light weights, abs etc. So Heres my question how much is to much? I know we should still work out but I can't help but want to continue to run and so on but I don't want to hurt the baby either and since I have so long to go to the doc I was wondering what everyone else thinks....
