6 months, they can have anything but whole nuts and honey from 6 months.

Mine has had veggie fingers from about 7 months, he loves them. I've not tried making pizza but I would definitely give it at your LOs age.

i take the batter/breadcrumbs off the fish fingers. but yeah 6 months is fine!
