My lo is 9 months and long! I've used my mei tei to put her on my back and she loves it! I find my mei tei uncomfortable for long periods so would usually use my wrap. I've tried a few times, watched videos on YouTube but she's just too wriggly to use my wrap on my back! Is she too young? Any tips? X

You can do it with a newborn. Practice is the main thing that makes it work.

Lots and lots of practice! If you're experienced enough you can back wrap a newborn so age really doesn't factor in. I've been wrapping since he was 7 months and we finally started backwrapping at 10ish months and I'm pretty confident at it now. Its all about finding what works for you... I Superman toss him up as it was the only way I could get him on my back comfortably but others prefer to hip scoot etc. Try watching babywearing faith on you tube, her videos are my favourite :)

Do you have a babywearing group you could go to for help?
