I've heard loads of people saying about this and just wondering what it was? Is it a problem? Does it affect useage? As far as I'm aware I don't have any ... idon't think  xx

It is when the shell of the itti becomes a bit noisy (the pul comes away from the minky). Some ittis do and some don't and unless it is REALLY bad then it doesn't effect the use of them. :) O and you'd know if you had as they feel crunchy/noisy x

^^^ WSS. It seems to be a bigger problem with AIOs where people have found it gets progressively worse until they are unuseable. I have a crunchy SIO and you wouldn't be able to tell by looking at it and it definitely doesn't effect useage so doesn't bother me at all.

Itti do have a 6 or 12 month guarantee though so they'll accept returns on crunchy ones.

This what happens with a crunchy Itti...this was a sio aswell so not always the aio's...

Mine have started making a noise, are they going to end up like that?

I dont think its a definate, i have some older ittis that have just gone like that through age.
If theyre only a couple months old or less then id say yes...

Yea they're only about 2 months odld :(

aw no :(
Contact Itti and let them know, i got a replacement for mine

If you bought them new, i'd def contact them, they will replace them. However, not all ittis that start to go cruchy end up this way. I have some vey preloved ones that are abit noisy but nothing else the matter with them x
