What are these sypmtons of?

Ok, as many of you know D&C 2 weeks ago. Last couplde of days have been feeling very much like I was going to get my period: sicky tummy, irritable etc. Then last night had terrible cramps, much more than I've had since I was a teenager, but still no bleeding. Is it just my body doing weird stuff? Is it too soon to hope for a period? What is it? has anyone had similar?

Im not sure if its the same but i had a natural m/c. And about 2 weeks after i thought i was going to get period, pains etc. But i was told it would be my body, well my womb going back down to size. As it took me 6 weeks for my period to come. But have been told by my doc it could take up to 12 weeks for period to return. But if you are worried i would go see your doc as it maybe an infection. Though it might but be your body changing.

Hey Chilli, i just read this as well as the P/M. I had bad Ov pains (never noticed them before my MC) about 2 weeks after MC (i was using OPK's so I know the timing was about right) My shrinking cramps as the poster above has described lasted for about 10 days. I ov'd at 19 or 20 days after my D&C. Can you but a Cleare blue Ov tester? It might just have good news for you.

Chilli, meant to say they are about a tenner in tescos (you get 7 days use out of them so they will do you next month too if the dreaded AF gets you). Go get one girl!

Hi Hun. It could just be your body getting back to normal and things moving back in to place so to speak or perhaps ovulation.

I didn't have any pains in the first couple of weeks however this week (6 weeks on)have been feeling pregnant, same sort of thing - sicky feeling, cramping, constipated etc (TMI) so got a preg test - was gutted to get a BFN. I can only think this means AF is on it's way as I normally feel like this just before.
