What are we entitled to?

I'm looking into moving with OH and i've been looking for the last few weeks about benefits i'm not getting much sense online or on the phone.

OH earns £17,000 gross and about £13,000 net..does anybody know what we would be entitled to?

On the phone she said maybe housing benefit, council tax benefit, working and child tax. Anybody know around how much?

edit: Thought i should add that it would be OH, me and Ffion (4months old) living together and i don't work.
