Man, there's so much information out there to dig through... So, I don't pl,an on giving up my one cup of coffee a day, but I would like to not have any more caffeine on top of that. What are you drinking? I normally live on iced tea during the summer, but I'm trying to avoid the caffeine, and there's SO much mixed information about herbal teas out there. I'm not a big juice fan, and since I'm already overweight I don't need to worry about extra calories yet, and try not to use up calories with drinks. But I'm so sick of water! So what do you drink?? I'm thinking about making some lemonade with stevia?
