Trying to eat well, despite the sickness. Luckily I have no cravings or aversions so far. I just have to eat a bunch of tiny meals so I don't get sick.
Today I've had:
wheat crackers
greek yogurt with strawberries
whole wheat toast with peanut butter
wheat crackers
salad (lettuce, boiled eggs, dried cranberries, blue cheese)
Dinner will be leftover BBQ chicken & spinach
Yesterday wasn't so great. I was exhausted and just ate Thai peanut noodles and chocolate with toffee & almonds.
What have you been eating lately?
