What brand Nappies too buy for Hospital bag?

As a FTM I'm not too sure about which brands are the best, but my midwife did say that any with a 'wetness' indicator are really good. She said sometimes its hard to tell if baby has peed or not (I'm assuming when there's a number 2 in there!) and it's important to know that the kidneys are functioning properly. So the ones that help you judge that are useful :)

It's easy to tell if they've weed because the nappy feels heavier, and thicker, even if they've only had a little wee. It expands x

I've bought pampers for when he's newborn, but I will be experimenting with Asdas and aldi's nappies as I've heard these ones are quite good ;-) xxxx

I purchased pampers in the beginning but I normally use Luvs. Huggies never worked, peed right through everytime. My favorite 9 years ago was either luvs or targets brand diapers, a couple dollars cheaper and were just as good as Pampers but since then they must have changed the packaging or name I just cant quite remember which ones so I have yet to buy any from Target.
