What breast pads do you use?

I tried that with the sanitary towels once in an emergency and ended up with gel balls all over my nipples. I was sorry worried Poppy would ingest them!

I use Boots Ultra Slim.

tesco slim ones have been the best for me so far.. only problem i have is that the local tesco keeps running out!
