What can cause ovulation to be delayed? Im having a very strange/ out of sync cycle?

Im a 20 yr old and don't know whats happened to me recently.

I normally have a 33 day cycle and am like clockwork. I know excatly when im ovulating and when im due on ect!

This month however has been very strange and out of sync. My LMP was on the 11th of oct. I didnt ovulate until cycle day 28!!!!!! A few days before AF was due!!

What on earth could have caused this? I havent been stressed nor has my lifestyle changed?

Ive taken 2 pregnancy tests, both so it cant be that?

Any ideas? A very confused woman here!! Any insight/experiances would be great x

Im currently now on cycle day 37!!!! Very abnormal for me!

I would say stress definitely.

My Sept Cycle my OV date was much later, and I think at the start of my cycle we were on hol and our flight was cancelled and I was VERY stressed!!
