What can I use on LO's chapped skin?!

Hi ladies. My LO has developed chapped skin on her bum overnight It looks so sore. Ive wiped it with fragrance free wipes and it doesnt seem to be bothering her at all. Ive used Sudocrem all day when i've been changing her. She's just had a vest on and a dress so it doesnt get to warm, but it still seems the same tonight?

Anything else I can use?

You could try a bit of vaseline hun - might help afterall we use it on chapped lips

Either bepanthen or Vaseline, bepanthen worked fantastic on my lo's dry skinan

You could try aveeno, we used it on lo's rash and it cleared up in 2/3 days
