definately keep track of your cycles - if you don't want to temp then at least keep a record of when af started, finished and started again so that you can see if you have a regular or irregular cycle. maybe try opk's? they detect the lh hormone surge which happens before ovulation, that way you kn ow when best to definately take a pregnancy or ttc formulated multi-vit with folic acid in good luck!
Cut down smoking/drinking if either of you do. In the way of monitoring your cycles what are you doing?
