What could this be?

It's itchy and tingly I had shingles last year on the other side and feels the same but can't remember what shingles looks like I'm a bit worried cause its right under a mole I have nurse tomorrow but really worrying about it.

It does look like it could be shingles, last time I had it it started as just a reddish patch with two raised bits, then turned into blisters. Hope you feel better soon!
