What day are you supposed to consider CD 1 after a miscarriage? My hcg levels started to drop on Nov 3rd or 4th, and by Nov. 9th, my hcg level was a 4. So, do I start Nov. 9th as CD 1 since I was officially no longer pregnant? Or the 3rd since that's when the miscarriage started?

My miscarriage I O'd 17 days after first day of bleeding and Fertility Friend counted the first day of bleeding as CD1. That's what I would count. Sorry for your loss :(

Technically, you count CD1 as the day of everything passing. Sorry you are going through this <3

I also counted the day I started bleeding as CD1 and my HCG was 165 and took 11 days to get down to a negative test. I assume I ovulated around 17/18 days later and my next cycle started on CD31, just as I predicted based off my CM.

Many women count CD1 as the day bleeding was as heavy as a period, but that does not mean you will ovulate when you normally do, or at all that first cycle :(

I am so sorry for your loss.

I counted my first day of heavy bleeding as cd1 and I ovulated on time even though my hcg was above 0 on cd1. This happened with both my early losses.
