What did your early preg cramps feel like?

I have been having sharp cramps on my left side of abdomen and around belly button. 11dpo had some spotting yesterday but af hasnt shown up yet and i had expected two days ago. All tests bfn. Usually my af cramps are pretty intense and not sharp like this.

Pinching and pulling sensations that lasted only momentarily.

Yes its like a pinching or like a stabbing but then goes away, might happen again in another spot this happens for about a minute then its totally gone

Mine were exactly like AF type cramps.
