tootsy i am so sorry you are going through thisxx
I had a mmc at 13wk, (baby stopped growing at 6) naturally, i had ocntractions, they hurt so i went to hospital and they gave me strong pain relief, i couldnt cope with it at home but thats just me.
Second time i found out on sat and had dc booked for mon, had cramps, heavy bleeding and clots but didnt pass sac before op- i took paracetamol and nerufen(am not aware that it contains asprin, check with nhs mayb)
it is my opinion, that for me, hospital is best option-didnt like the pain or the bleeding and didnt want the dilema of 'down the loo/not down the loo'do whats best for you, take your painrelief now if you are worried and a hot water bottle helps, if you get to a point where you arent comfortable with whats happening then get to hospital would be my choice, try not to worry to much about the physical side, you will be ok-lots of love and i hope it works out in the best way for you
